Pavers locked, weeds gone, ants out.
The Job
Interlocking is a system — the pavers only stay flat when the joints are full. We clean every joint down to the base, then re-sweep premium polymeric sand and activate it with a fine mist so it hardens into a flexible, weed-resistant seal.
Our Process
Surface clean the pavers, then blow out every joint to remove old sand, moss and weed roots.
Pavers must be bone-dry before sand goes in. We re-level any sunken stones and flag what needs base repair.
We use Alliance Gator or Techniseal G2 — top-tier sand that resists wash-out, hardens flexible, and stays put through freeze-thaw.
Sweep into joints, vibrate or tamp to settle, then mist-activate in stages. Zero polymer haze on the paver faces.
Why HydroPulse
Most crews dump a bag on top. Old sand mixed with new fails fast. We extract first, then refill.
Cheap polymeric sand washes out in one winter. We carry contractor-grade product on every job.
Done wrong, polymeric sand leaves a permanent white film on your pavers. Our crew is trained in the multi-stage mist — no haze, ever.

FAQ
With premium product and proper install: 5–7 years before a refresh is needed. Cheap sand can fail in a single winter.
Yes — hardened polymeric sand blocks airborne weed seeds from rooting and starves out the ant colonies that nest in loose joints.
Stay off the pavers for 24 hours. After that, normal use is fine — including snow shovels in winter.
