Fence Washing

Six-foot fences. One afternoon. Looks new.

The Job

What we actually do.

Wood fences trap moisture, grow algae on the shaded side and turn grey within a few seasons. We soft-wash both sides with the same wood-safe chemistry we use on decks — restoring the original grain in a single visit, with no fuzzing or board damage.

Our Process

A repeatable, no-shortcuts method.

1

Mask & protect

Cover landscaping, garden beds and adjacent siding before any solution is applied.

2

Apply cleaner

Wood-safe percarbonate solution dwells on both sides of the fence to break down algae, mildew and grey weathering.

3

Soft-wash rinse

Low-pressure rinse top to bottom — every picket, post and rail. No fuzzing, no carved lines.

4

Walk-through

Final inspection together — we don't leave until you're happy with every panel.

Why HydroPulse

Why homeowners pick us.

Both sides, always

We wash your neighbour's side too (with their okay). One side clean and one side grey looks worse than not cleaning at all.

Landscaping protected

Cleaner residue can yellow grass and damage perennials. We mask, pre-rinse and post-rinse every adjacent bed.

No board damage

Soft-wash technique means no carved lines, no fuzzed grain, no loosened pickets — even on older fences.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does fence washing take?

A typical city-lot perimeter fence is half a day. Larger lots or double-sided cleans run a full day.

Can you stain or seal after?

We don't stain, but we'll tell you the right dry-time and product type so the finish bonds properly.

What if my fence is really old?

Send us a photo. If a board is rotted we'll flag it — we won't wash a fence that's structurally unsafe.

Ready to book your fence job?

Send us a photo. We'll come back with an accurate, no-pressure quote — usually within hours.
